They require you book through Spirit Travel, select hotels at select destinations, of course. You get 2 free round-trip tickets, but the trip will cost you atleast $1000 with the rates they charge.
Example

Spirit Travel $145/Night (7 Night minimum stay, I believe)
Anywhere else $88/Night (no minimum stay)
Not really sure if its worth it...
