i try and complete the offer, i fill out everything, and i click submit, but it gives me a page that says "there was an error in your submission". i've gone back and filled this out for about 10 times now, i'm pretty sure the info is correct. i don't know what is wrong with it, any help guys?
i'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but the first time i was filling it out, i went down to dinner in the middle of it, then came back up and finished filling it out and submitted and got the error.
is this my problem or trilegiant's problem?

I get the same thing on Travelers. I just assumed it was because I did it like a year ago and I'm still in their system.

I got this before on trilegeant offers when using firefox. They worked when using IE.

i was using ie, pop up blocker off, i don't know why it didn't work! i went over to my bro's room and tried it with his comp and i still got the same thing. #@($li&!(@li#&(!li@&$!#$

People have gotten these problems on Trielegant sites for seemingly no explainable reason (I got it on Shoppers Advantage and only that site, myself). The only advice I know of is to make sure the information you input is exactly the same as your credit card info or try using another credit card.

why would it matter? they can't check your credit card info that quickly right? i click submit and they just give me that screen...

well i was successful in completeing great fun over the weekend but still no credit and when i looked at it on freegaming its currently unavailable! i better get credit

That happened to me too. Just try it again later on a different web browser. Its not very consistent

i called there CUSTOMER SERVICE line ... for some reason ..ehem and it said to many people are requesting blah blah call back later bla blah.... for three days! so i need to contact them somehow ?

yay...yesterday firefox gave me a problem on great fun (i tried firefox after ie failed me), but today i tried firefox again and it worked! w00t
