Sounds like you're looking to know for all the wrong reasons...
IP address is useless if you have DHCP.
They aren't allowed to get your name/address from your CC# because of privacy laws (though it can be verified)
You can create as many hotmail accounts as you like.
So, I would guess, they can't through these 3. But, I'm sure they have people looking at it to spot obvious patterns of fraud when approving.

DHCP is what assigns things on your side of the network your internal IP number. It has nothing to do with the IP number they see.

that is true. what he probably meant was a dynamic IP for most DSL/Cable connections and for sure Dialup.
i think it's Cookies in ur computer u know how u click Log me in Automatic every time. it's Read From Cookies so I Think Thats The Only

There are countless ways to detect fraudulent referrals. I don't feel it necessary to dicuss these, as the more people know, the more likely they will be to attempt to cheat. I'm going to requeset this topic be locked.
