Well, here I had my Mac mini and no keyboard, and no mouse (I currently have a laptop). So I took a trip to Circuit City hoping to be able to use my gift cards on an Apple keyboard and mouse, but they didn't have any. Luckily in that same mall was an Apple store...ended up getting my girlfriend to buy me the keyboard and mouse, and I bought myself an iSkin evo2 (clear). Just thought I'd brag a bit )

Next order of business Has anyone seen the grandstand from http//www.plasticsmith.com/grandstand[]http//www.plasticsmith.com/grandstand? I'm not sure if I want the clear or steel, but I'm leaning toward the steel. The LCD monitor from my girlfriend's FFS account comes next week ) ...so I want to order my grandstand soon!

I bought her this new IPEX bra & thong set ($40 something for the bra, $12 for the thong) from Victoria's Secret on Friday, so she offered. Any ladies thinking about getting IPEX, its worth the money...she loves it.

Yea, I could have....but I wanted the apple keyboard & mouse, it would be an insult to the Mac mini to use anything else. Came to just over $60 for the two of them.

I think I may get the Bluetooth Apple keyboard for mine (after getting it modded for Bluetooth/Airport at the Apple store). If you're getting a steel finished LCD, then go with the steel grandstand. I'm planning on getting one also, for my hulking large 20" CRT. It weighs like 40 pounds. I've gotta go check the weight limit now ).

Unless they changed it, the apple mouse blows, it needs to have at least two click buttons

Not true. I plan to use my Mac exclusively for design and other work related endeavors. I like the Apple keyboard not only because of the look, but the great tactile feel. The mouse is mostly for looks, but its tracking is pretty accurate too.

PodTopia, right now I've got the 17" Samsung 710N LCD from FFS in black, but I'm going to look around for a sweet upgrade. Not sure I'll go with a cinema display, but perhaps a SILVER 17" would be nice. Any recommendations?

Don't take any from me ). I got my cheap 17" MegaVision LCD for my computer a year and a half ago for $300 off of TigerDirect.com (it was the cheapest monitor we could find ) ). I like the polished look of the silver grandstand, but couldn't recommend any monitors. I may do FFS soon to get a monitor to replace my 20" CRT (i'm going to use the Mac Mini as a DVR kind of thing).
