Aw damn, missed topic #1337.
Anyway, anyone know how long it takes Video Professor to ship? It's day 8 for me (signed up on the 3rd) and I've yet to get it. Just got charged for the shipping yesterday and the day before, and looking at their site it doesn't say anything about how long it takes to ship.

It took me about 8-9 days. Ridiculous. I cancelled before I got em because the trial was going to end!

Indeed. I will say this, though... their customer service was quick and painless to cancel.

OK, I called them and the customer service was really nice. Apparently for some reason my account didn't get created until the 8th, and he said that if I didn't get it within a few days to call back. He gave me an extension on my cancellation date if I wanted to cancel later. [i4ccfc96804]Really[/i4ccfc96804] nice customer service.

I'm kind of worried because when I go back to the site to login it says my account info not found. I signed up 4 days ago and I really don't want to get nailed with that $70 payment. I might have to call in a few

One of my referrals did video prof 18 days ago and no credit. After sending in a customer service ticket how long will it take to be credited?

i got it in the mail about 3 or 4 days after ordering. I need to cancel it tomorrow. I am assuming when you call customer service they may provide a return address.... I hope.

call them, tell them you want to cancel, they'll give you the address to send it to and a return # that you put below the address so they know they're your discs.

the same thing happened to me, i just called them. they should have your info, just not online for some reason. call them and talk to them.

yep called them today and they gave me the return number and return address. They were very friendly and hassle free about it too.

They take into consideration that it will take approximatly 5business days to ship and be recieved thats when your trial starts. And since when do we talk about cancelation people.
