1. Moderate exercise three times per week

2. Five small-portion meals per day

Pills don't work. No, really. And if they do, it's never more than 5-10 pounds, which you ALWAYS gain back after you stop taking it.

exactly. That's why nobody answered the original question. Everybody want's to lose weight fast but doesn't want to put the work in. Eat less & excercise more.

being fit isn't a diet....its a way of life.
stay under 2000 calories per day
cardio every couple of days and if your a guy on your off days lift weights
never more than four times a week.

eat fiber and protein. and be consistent.
