... which ones do you do? What's your strategy for keeping track of them all? Any related advice for the newbies?

open up a text document and keep track that way.

You absolutely must keep track of these things... I use a spreadsheet, in which I track
Username X with email
X wanted [site] for [my site]
Date of agreement
Offer I completed and estimated completion time
When I need to cancel my offer and how to do it
The offer X completed
Then, I check off the completed offers and then check off whether I've cancelled my offer after going green.

That's a great idea using a spreadsheet. Right now, I've just been saving draft e-mails and writing on random notebook pages. Seeing how effective that is, I might have to stop. Thanks for the idea.

Yep, that's exactly what I do. I have a spreadsheet keeping all the info I need organized. I also have a gmail account dedicated just to freestuff sites and I keep every email I get.
I'm amazed that I have yet to receive a single spam email in this account.

Yep i use microsoft excel. I dont know if it is the best way to keep track but it is working for me so far. You have to keep track of things somehow though, thats for sure. You dont wanna forget to cancel an offer or not remember the members name you traded with. This can get complicated quickly if you dont stay organized.
