all of my friends said they would complete an offer for me with a prepaid credit card, but i dont know where to find one.
are there any easy ones you can buy at a gas station? and choose your own amount? i would use a web certificate but 20 bucks is too much money.
thanks for the help.

Simon Gift Card, or a PayPal debit card???? you can get a physical paypal debit bar, and then a virtual one (that's two). they may be different numbers. But keep in mind, it may be illegal to do offers with it.

gas station? not that i know of, i wish some were at a gas station.
There's Visa Buxx
Simon Gift Card
you can get these online, and chose your amount. u can get the Simon one at stores but it depends if there are certain stores near you.

Gotta pay for Visa Buxx (yearly fee). It's not the kind he's looking for. You would mean Visa Gift Card then. AMEX does one too.

That is awesome, thanx June. There's a shop a few miles away from me. So I can get like 5 cards each with $5 dollars on it? Cause I want to give these to my friends so they can complete an offer for me.
You cant man its like 30 bucks for one new card, but u can reload it as much as u want.

Darn, I need to find something that isn't so expensive that I can give to my friends. I was very diappointed when the web certificate limit was changed to $20, does anyone know of anything that can have maybe $5 to $10 on it?

I think web certificates minimum is actually lower than 20 they just say that. Has anyone had any luck completing an offer with one of those things? Do you still have to call and cancel?

Web certs are worthless now since u can't use them for no offers. If u do they ban you're account and refund you're cash.

Can anyone else that have used pre-paid/virtual credit cards follow up on this? I have the same questions. In addition, could you please provide more information on how they work when it comes to subscription type offers.
Thanks so much!

Yeah... Would like to know about the Web Certificate being banned for offers.
I use a pre-paid M/C from the same company that issues the Web Certificates and have never had a problem completing the offers.

MM HMMM. Most offers work with them. It's bullshit that they out your account on hold, how the hell would they know if you used one? They wouldn't.

Thanks for the link to greendot, June. Nice to have a local option, even if it's $30 + fees.

Alright I have another question for you guys. If I buy webcerts for my friends since they do not have check/credit cards, do I have to use their home address or mine?
