I need help in understanding what their asking me to do
Basically I completed the blockbuster offer for myself on 2/22 16 days ago and I still havent received credit so I messaged them that selected that its been more then 15 days and well Ill just show you then I'll ask my question

Here is what I sent plus the date

So heres my issue obviously its been 15 days I told them that, so I want to cut and paste the email for them but I'm not sure where to put it since they closed the inquiry and didnt give me an email addy to send it to. Should I create a new inquiry and post it in that or is their an email addy Im supposed to send it to? Any help would be appreciated

I think that's an automated response because I received the same message earlier today. I just opened a new ticket and did what they said. Good luck with getting credit.

the automated response doesn't close ur query. when they add their own (which may look automated or pre-written), then they close it.

I hate hearing these things. I sign up for an offer then come to find that so many people are having problems with it. Very discouraging. Good luck to all you though, hope you get credit at some point or another. I hope i do too!

I don't think I'll really have a problem getting credit. It's taken awhile and I had to initiate the process but it should work out tomorrow. Just make sure you don't delete any of your confirmation e-mails as that's how Gratis will know that you actually did the site. Good luck with getting credit!

Great news when I logged in today i found that they have given me credit for blockbuster! Thanks for all your help guys )
