i know from coming close to starting a site just like this myself, the webhosting companies offer 50-75$ per signup ....BUT they require purchases of around 30$ wich is why i did not go ahead with the site.

There's one offer that only requires a $1.00 deposit... Keen- Its on the 3rd page of offers. When you click on it, choose any psychic and register. When it says "we're calling you now" just click on the keen logo in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Go to "check balance" and add $1.00.

I just did it, and someone told me it takes about a week to credit.

i was looking for one that would allow you to register a domain. The others required you to host it. I already have hosting, and i really didnt want to switch hosts.

I ended up registerring EDIT they wont let me type my domain here. penis.com replaced it after i submitted the message. LOL
