My cousin is coming to stay with me over his spring break soon. If I can get him to give me some referrals but he does it on my computer, the same one that I used to sign up on all my gratis accounts, will Gratis think that i am trying to scam them by creating two accounts??

Yes, they track IP addresses.

yes, because if you're at your house creating the accounts then you are creating 2 accounts.

go to www.whatismyip.com , note your IP. restart your router/dsl/cable connection. go to that site again and see if it changed. if it did, u should be fine (not sure if they track browser/OS config though).

ok thats what i figured would happen. Just to be safe, I wont have him do it on my computer. Getting put on hold is the last thing i need after all the time i am putting into this. thanks for the comments though

Unless it's ur site, i really dont see how it pwnz all. www.whatismyip.com is the one with highest traffic and the least ads (none really), and no extra crap. Their domain was sold on eBay the other month for $386,000 dollars. Eat that!
