I never received my shipment, so I tried to call the customer service number, but they said no one could take my call and I had to leave a message. Anyone had difficulties with this offer?

i recently signed up for it. Not too happy to hear that people have been having trouble with it, I've got enough problems as it is trying to keep track of all the offers i have going right now. I'll let you know if i run into any problems with this one though.

I have never recieved the item either. The confirmation email they send you doesn't tell you anything. I tried emailing them to cancelk and haven't heard anything back. Gonna call tommorow.

guys, I still can't get in touch with anyone at their customer service number and i've tried repeatedly over the last few days. also, they won't return emails.
something isn't right here. I'd steer way clear of the lifederma offer.

lifederma is sketchy but i did get my shipment promptly . i called and cancelled and they said the lady who did the cancels wasnt at her desk so they would call me back.
