I think it is. I haven't signed up but someone who did told me that all of the offers are offers that cost $$$ to do. So they get paid more from the sites, which let's them lower their ref amount. I think it's from the same people who made www.mods4free.com . . . . .

I'd assume its more like $20-$30. Hosting companies generally offer around $70 payout, though, which is why the referral requirements are so low.

like everyone else said already, all of the offers cost money, BUT this site is good if ur looking to sign up for some hosting anyway or u want some good gifts for a smaller amount of referrals needed.

yea but for the people who would potentially want to sign up regardless, it gives them a little incentive to complete the offer.
but if 10 bucks aint cutting it then after a while i'll have to offer more, but for now i'll try with 10
