What would you do if...

You had a trade thread with your link in it but clearly stated that they were to pm you before signing up and someone signed up without pming you but still expects cash? Happened to me and i have a limited amount of cash, hence why i require the pm. I dont know if i have the $ to pay him, what should i do?

I'd pay him if you have the cash, but if you don't then just tell him you don't have the cash and pay him later. It's his fault for not following instructions, not yours! If you didn't need his credit in the first place, I'd go as far as to say that you shouldn't pay him. Otherwise though, I'd make an effort to pay the guy unless you have doubts that he'll stay green during approval.
