time for a new ipod

my 30gb is very close to dying violin .....I can sense it. So, in light of this, I've decided to look into getting another one. I'll probably be getting a 160gb classic ipod. Since i'm a bit short on cash, i'll probably look for one on craigslist or ebay or something. Suggestions as to how I should acquire one? freebie anyone? lol

to make this topic less about me, who here uses an ipod? i love apple.

Summer 2007......June 27th or something, and I'm pretty sure the iPod Touch came out when they announce new iPods in September/October.

I am still using my 30GB iPod photo back from 2005 or whatever.

The battery life is shit, so I think I'm going to buy a new one and hope that works.

the 64GB touch is only 8 referrals...might be worth pursuing

I use mine every day. I had 2 160GB stolen out of my car so I have a 120GB now plus my iPhone. music, music, music...

I would never leave my ipod in my car. Unless it was for a couple minutes

Ya... I am a little forgetful. It was in my garage though.

I need a new iPod too. my 30GB Video that I've had since four years ago...the button doesn't press down like it should anymore, and now recently it started not to play songs anymore. It would just be at 000, and then I would try a different song...and it wouldn't play. Then after I reboot it works, but then it stops playing again. And it doesn't hold a charge anymore. (

I've performed two surgeries on my ipod already. It's so ghetto lol. One time i cracked it open to replace the battery (which i have a feeling didn't even work for some reason, or maybe the battery is garbage), and once to replace my headphone jack which busted up. I wouldn't be surprised if my ipod just broke into pieces over night

One thing for sure, Don't lose your iPod in a public place because you'll never get it back.
