Okay well I did Stamps.Com and I am still pending after 1 week, 1 day I think. How do I do manual credit?

We have received your offer completion followup request.
Confirmation emails from users who were not given offer
Credit are sent to advertisers once a week. Please allow
up to 10 business days to receive credit as this is in
the hands of the advertiser and is not something we have
control over.
Please note that while advertisers do sometimes overlook
offer credits, many times this issue occurs when users
immediately cancel offer accounts or do not follow all
the instructions to successfully complete an offer.
If this is the case, we cannot give you offer credit.
