Good or bad for the incentive scene? If you don't know, CCN is the company behind a significant portion of the "nutrition" offers we've been accustomed to seeing on many of the incentive sites for several years now...

Agreed. Their CS people were the rudest people ever (not just the rudest CS ever), and their ordering and returns processes screamed fraud. They tried screwing me over multiple times, but I disputed the charges. I still lost like $15 or something to them, but whatever.
Here's the A4F thread with some of the crap they did http//www.anything4free.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=126459

If it was a class action lawsuit, and there is someplace where you can take action and contact/write something to someone who was part of the lawsuit, there's a possibility you can receive some money back.

I was just flipping through the channels, and CCN is advertising some of their crap on the Home Shopping Network. So they're not completely reliant on incentive leads.

CCN probably gets about 1% of their traffic from incentive websites. They dont even take incentive traffic, so its sites advertising them when they shouldn't be. The major problem with this case seems to be that they did forced upsells. Meaning that when the customer ordered the "free trial" only in the terms did it say "by enrolling in our trial you are also enrollled in xxx for $xx.xx/month." That is just so shady
