Anyone know of some ways to earn some extra money? Ya.. I know.. I'm on a freebie site.. but I kinda wanna stay away from it since it looks like it slowed down. Unless I'm dumb and it hasn't?

Please post some ideas, thanks.

Go around stores as a spy thing. You have a list of things you do in the store, to check if the place is satisfactory, and good support. You have a chart of questions, and things you do, then you bring it to your boss or whatever, and normally its like $20 a store. I did it a while back to try it at a mc donalds for $15.

^ That's what I was going to suggest.

You could get a part time job. I think they pay money.

There are companies that can offer you more consistent work than I can though. I only have 1-2 assignments per week, usually in random locations around the country.

Still, PM me w/ what part of town you're in and your email address if you're interested

I used to doing mystery shopping. It's fun, but you have to have an excellent memory and attention to detail. You are not going to make tons of money doing it, but it will give you a little extra cash. Here are two companies I would recommend
Service Intelligence

DSG Associates

try tutoring kids in your neighborhood (lol i'm serious, i'm making 20 bucks an hour from it so it's not too shabby at all, really)

Lemonade stands always work great! Find a 5 year old and pay him $5 to gold dollars to run the stand, while you come by every so often to collect the profits.

Great idea, did you go to the local school to find the kids or did they just come to you for the tutoring help? I mean how did they find out?

Best of luck and teach them well. wink

Why limit yourself to just one 5-year-old.

Pay 10 and make more $$$ lol

I believe that is called child labor.

Personally I find they have more marginal utility in my basement, making sneakers. Lemonade stands just don't have the same return of interest these days (I blame gas prices).

It all started when my neighbor who we have known for years now needed help in math. She was in grade 10. She knew everybody on our street (even though we've been living in the neighborhood for over 15 years, we're not a social able family haha). Yeah, from there it was just a matter of referring me to others. I don't know..maybe my neighborhood just has a lot of teens.
