Kimbo Slice got hims asses beat!

Incase you didn't know, Ken Shamrock was supposed to fight Kimbo but they wouldn't let him due to having suffered a cut deep enough above his eye to require stitches, so he was quickly replaced, last second with Seth Petruzelli. I was so freakin' disappointed and thought this guy didn't stand a chance. Well, he fuckin' pounded Kimbo! Having watched the video several times, I think it's pretty clear the guy got lucky and landed that one good shot at the beginning giving him a huge opening to pummel Slice. I'm willing to bet if they were to fight again, Kimbo would win, but I'm just happy to see Kimbo get his ass beat!

I don't understand why the announcers kept screaming like the dude beat Fedor or something...

I don't know, seems like Petruzelli was running scared until Slice slipped and fell, and Petruzelli took advantage. Not that he shouldn't have, but I didn't see anything like a knockdown blow. I agree that if they fight again, the outcome will very likely be different.

Yeah, I checked that mmahacks site and the video wasn't available yet. At the time I posted this, that was the best video I could find and I agree, it's crap. Thanks for updating.

BTW, Kimbo didn't actually slip at the beginning. That video didn't show the slow motion replay after the fight. The replay clearly shows Petruzelli actually landed a lucky shot right in his head and Kimbo fell. I'm sure he knew he had to keep Slice down if he wanted to win, so he took advantage of his opportunity.

This video shows the slow motion replay. Skip to 438 and you'll see the punch that dropped him. It was a lucky blow.

I wonder if that person edited the movie to such a low quality so people would be motivated to visit their website. Pretty smart idea actually.

I called it. Seth was too much for Slice. Gary Shaw is probably crying his eyes out now that his "superstar" has been exposed.
