The circle and arrows are the logo for the Iron Front - a Anti-Nazi, Anti-Monarchist, Anti-Communist, Anti-Fascist paramilitary group in Germany during WWII. The 'A' on the inside is the traditional anarchy 'A' being completed by the arrows rether than a solid line.

I've seen alot of Anarchy tattoos and a couple Iron Front logo's (likely because its also the logo for the band Strike Anywhere) but I've never seen the two infused together.

Funny you should make a 1st tattoo thread, cause I was thinking of getting an Ouroboros tattoo.

No scabbing, just a little bit of flaking because it basically kills the first layer of skin. The artist said it may scab depending on how much it bleeds, but as long as you clean it well scabbing isn't common and shouldn't be a problem.

I think communism as well as most other things, works in theory. However, I think it doesn't work because of corruption. Democracy can handle the corruption a with more stability i think cause of checks and balances....

none the less. wrong thread for this, so .. nice tatoo.

Indeed. Honestly, I'd rather have the opportunity to earn what I want to work for than be stuck in the communist system. kthx oh and that is a pretty cool tattoo there Jordan... that is until you get mantits.

But yaaa TSJ, if we weren't as focused on ourselves and money then communism could work quite swell.

Yea, my cousin got a simple outline on her right shoulder and it scabbed to all hell. I told her that the artist didn't know what he was doing but she said that all tattoos scab up like that, especially when you have to fill in.

I want to get a few tattoos but I don't know whether I should get them now or after I drop to a size 14. I want a tramp stamp, my right shoulder, and possibly my side but I don't know yet.

All in all, I love how you mixed 2 concepts into 1 piece of art. How much did it hurt?

JordanE

30-09-2008 13:32:50

It hurt pretty bad, but the artist said its one of the more painful places to get a tattoo, the only two places that he said hurt more for him was the throat and the middle of the chest. This guy was completly covered in ink so i'll take his word for it.

I think the throat would be the most painful spot on your neck to get a tattoo... My friend has one on the bottom of his foot - he said it really didn't hurt.

J4320

Getting a tattoo on the neck would be a dumb idea. It'd be much harder to get hired in general unfortunately.

Thats true. Thats part of the reason why I got mine on my chest. No one has to know its there unless I want them to.
