I didn't say it was for my offers......other people that signed up under me did it too, and they/we got credit in two days.
YES! I guy who signed up for me hasnt' gone green yet after 16 days, and a guy who signed up for HIM hasnt' gone green yet after several days either. I don't know what the deal is. (
