So I ordered an Harman Kardon iPod thing on eBay the other day, and he sent it rather quickly since we don't live too far from each other. But he called my house a day later letting me know that he accidentally sent me another one which was supposed to go to someone else, so he asked me to kindly reject the package when it was to be delivered. My mom was home at the time and she tried to reject the package, but by the time my mom tried to get to the guy, he had already tossed the package and drove away. My mom tried to bring it to the FedEx guy at the work, but because it wasn't Express, he can't bring it back. I emailed the guy a few times, but he's not responding. What do I do? There's no way I'm paying to ship it back to him.

Thanks.

Just contact him, if he wants his product back he'll pay for shipping since it was his mistake.. If he doesn't response, well you now have two

haha, exactly.

Come on Foaf, ask us something hard.

Quit trying to go out of your way to be a nice guy. If he isn't helping himself out, why are you going to stress about it? You know what you could do? Sell the extra one on ebay, that would really put a hair across his ass D

Again, Foaf asks a question and will not take any answer you give him. I got an idea. Drive to his house, and hand deliver it to him and then suck him off for the trouble.

He told me he'd pay me after I ship it back to him...but I wanna be paid first...

Well then obviously you tell him no, he pays first.

Come on FOAF, quit asking stupid questions that anyone over the age at 16 should be able to solve for themselves.

Correction. Anyone over the mental age of 16. Foaf is obviously lagging behind hiw number age in the mental department.

Again, drive it to him and suck him off for the troubles.

What are you paying them for?

No, they outsource that to freebie forums now.

I never saw the class eBay 101. Maybe I'll recommend it to the College Board as a General Education requirement.

Wait, so you're saying if I bring it back to FedEx, they'll send it back for free?

take a picture of the dock with a usa today in front of it while wearing a hood over your head and holding an ak-47

tell him if he wants to see his dock, he'll have to pay the shipping

he'll pay.

It falls under the category of "Common Sense". I'm locking this because you have none, and refuse to listen to advice.
