Offercentric account

I just had a question about one of my friends signing up for mp3player4free.

Here's his deal

he made an account for the site over the summer, but never completed any offers.

he decided he wanted to do it again now and made another account, but with a different email address(technically different, but just different numbers and different email server), different IP (diff comp) and different password. He also completed an offer this time.

Since OC doesnt require you give your name or address when you sign up, im assuming hes okay, because the only thing OC has on him is his first email address and his first IP, which both have changed on the second sign up.

Am i wrong? is he in trouble?

also, a quick question if one of your referrals is not legit, do you get put on hold? or does it just reflect your referral? Can you just get another one? or are you already screwed?

well if your buddys ips are truley diffrent and the email is diffrent i suppose you are ok... as far as the referrals go i have seen situations where they put you and your referral on hold...but most of the time its just the referral.
