has anyone here donated to freeipodguide to get your link up on the home page?
and if you have, did you get a lot of referrals out of it? im interested in doing it if it will help me.

I've heard more on the negative side of that...
Well, look at it like this, you're donating. You're helping keep the site alive, and you get a cool "donator" thing by your name. You might get some referrals, you probably won't. I would think that since it's called "freeipodguide.com" someone with a link for freeipod would get some hits, the rest probably wouldn't do so well. When you think about it, if someone checks out the page to see how they can get a freeipod, and their completely new, the probably arent' going to click throught he freeminimacs link or something, I mean, i'm sure some do, but the bulk of the activity is probably IPods.

I donated a total of $45 to this site. I got no refs, as my links never went up.
I must say I got my $45 worth from these forums though, there are a lot of helpful people here.

I donated and spent about 45 dollars and I didnt get a single referral because 2 of the 3 links never went up.

well once i complete my freephotoipod (thats the only thing I want) I'd be more then willing to post some links for you guys on my joke site for the huge fee of absolutely nothing im using it right now to get mine done and the site avgs 100-200 unique hits a day(Ive been getting 1 or 2 yellows a day) which isnt much but its better then nothing so yeah guess thats not really helpful right now but ive already typed this sooo..I guess wait for me to be all excited about completing my shit
