yea i did this offer for carp and i havnt been credited yet, infact i didnt even recieve a confirmation email. a friend did the same and no confirmation email either. we were charged the shipping, but like whats good on the manual credit submission if we cant post the confirmation email.
anyone else have this problem?

I didn't get a confirmation email either, but I eventually got credited the same day....
