I have a problem

..like most other people trying to get free stuff and I'll pull a n00b and tell you my problems and hopefully someone can point out the obvious answer. So here goes
I'm in the midst of trading with a guy (me signing up for iPod Shuffle for an iPod Photo referral) and I choose the Bargain Network offer. The trial lasted around 7 days and I waited 8 before canceling. I figured I would still receive credit but at the same time had a "feeling" that I might not. Now, I signed up back Jan. 30 and hey look it's Feb 26th already! After a couple inquisitive e-mails from the guy I'm trading with and a few apology responses I've come to this. He only needs 3 referrals and he's most likely waiting for my referral to go green. When I tried contacting Gratis I can't get past the part where you explain your problem and hit "submit" because it says "NOTE Please select an Offer Type. Please enter the approximate date of completion. " BUT there's nowhere to do that.
I'm a bit perplexed with all this and was wondering if anyone could kick my ass in the right direction. Should I give it up and just complete another offer or should I somehow try reaching Gratis again?

Thanks for your help. I see there's a downside for everything because IE wouldn't let me do one thing and now FireFox won't let me to another. +Karma for FreeOffersNow.
