Christmas spirit here at FiPG!

Year #3, thread #3! D

That's right! You can procrastinate all you want but the Christmas season is upon us. Take a moment to reflect what it might mean to you other than blinking reindeer and crazed shopping trips. I think we have a great group of people that use this forum (for the most part) and it would be nice if we could extend the holiday spirit here as well.

Here are some suggestions I've made the last 2 years for how we can all "give" in our online community

[color=green0459de7435]1. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying FiPG has helped me get the free stuff that I have today. Admin runs a tight website and keeps it quality. He also puts up with a lot of our crap. Give some of it back in that universal gift form, money ) Our fearless Admin and the names of the mods are below - email them and ask for their paypal address![/color0459de7435]

[color=red0459de7435]2. In addition, we have a group of great site admins/mods that devote a lot of thankless, payless hours to keep the forums running smoothly. Let them know you're thankful - Send them a e-card, some leftover $ in your Paypal account, even just a quick pm. Here are our mods[/color0459de7435]

There are also site contributors/trial mods/etc that invest a lot of time here. You know who they are.[/color0459de7435]

[color=red0459de7435]3. The price of referrals these days is getting ridiculous. Have a heart and cut someone a break when doing a trade. Offer to do the trade for a reasonable amount "for the Christmas season"[/color0459de7435]

[color=green0459de7435]4. For the cheap and/or poor people out there, you can give too. Do something that does not require $, such as making a banner or avatar for your fellow FiPG members. Offer help in an area of expertise you have such as website building or a particular college subject. Or maybe send a friend some inside information to a great deal. Thoughtful gifts such as those are always appreciated![/color0459de7435]

Being super-serial though, admin's awesome for putting up with our daily crap. All of these mods deserve your respect. I personally appreciate Dmorris's extremely helpful posts which are (usually) unsolicited. I'll catch ya next Friday D-Mo -- when I get paid 8)

I agree, Tyler does put up with a lot of shit, not only from users but from the staff too. ;)

I'd also like to thank the other staff members (past and present) for doing a great job this year, and hehehhehe for really digging in and getting his hands dirty over the last few weeks.
