Alright, I am wondering if I can get the remaining balance of $100 off of my Visa Prepaid Giftcard? I doubt that I can do it through an ATM since there is no PIN number assigned to the card (to my knowledge at least). Anyone have any ideas?

Spend $100 at a store. . .
And if it's one of those that charge so much per purchase, buy something big, or get a giftcard for a store you go to often.

SOMEtimes, if you know exactly how much is on your card, you can purchase something and they can type in a dollar amount to charge your card and the difference will be returned to you as cash. I doubt that it will work in your case since it is pre-paid tho.
