so what the hell is this? i'm REALLY confused.

I believe that when you complete one of these offers, they will direct you to enter your paypal email for the cash back. It says that it doesn't matter if you complete the OfferCentric site or not.

It's an awesome concept from OC. You complete the offer, and then they PayPal you the amount of money whether or not you have completed their site.

These are at all Offercentric site. The cash back is only for a couple of offers (none free trial).

No. They still get paid more than what they're giving you. They get paid the biggest bounties for those offers. I'm assuming that since the cash back offers cost more money, they receive more. Indirectly, they're receiving the same amount of money.
