Gratis = Fucking my Sister over!!!! :(

Heres the story......


My sister saw i got my flatscreen and she wanted one too, so she signed up.....a few days later when she told me she had signed up i told her that i had mom signup from the same addy and that she would not be able to get a flatscreen.

My sister then spoke with gratis and they put my mothers account on hold and told her that she could now complete with no problems.

She got 10 greens, and is now told shes on hold for two reasons,

1 ) multiple accounts
2 ) walking people thru

I know for a fact she did not do these things because to get her signups she put out flyers at her HighSchool.



I am personally pissed at gratis because it seems they led her on, telling her that she was fine to get her flatscreen. Then she speant a few weeks getting 10 greens and now Gratis pulls this BullShit.



Gratis......i love my ipod and flatscreen ...and soon to arrive xbox from you, but goddamn what your trying to do to my sister is FUCKED UP!

I understand your point, and I've got a question. Did it work (posting flyers at her high school)? Does it qualify as walking people through? If there were instructions on it, it might have.

I'm also curious how well that worked. Was that all she did to get referrals?

gratis puts people on hold like no reason. it might sound like bs to you; it did to me at one point and now im on hold with no explanation.

She should keep pursuing it until she gets someone to fix it, really. Refer to their old comments that she was OK.

I can't see flyers, even with instructions, as walking someone through. But, then, I am very, very confused why that is a problem to begin with.

A thought. Does her school have a computer lab? If so, maybe her refs signed up from there, so all share an IP, or a small group of IPs?

Maybe when they're going through the approval process they are unaware of the conversations they had with her earlier. I hope that if she is persistant about it and let them now what she was told earlier, the will approve her.

But the walking through thing is ridiculous, he would you even know that someone walked some through it and why can't you if you did?

Ive put out a search warrent ro findout who the fuck John Jacobs is, because noone in my family has ever met, nor heard of anyone with that name.

they are horrible at remembering things. like if you talk to them on an issue beforehand, they are most likely going to nail you with the same problem because they dont enter it in their computers.
