Discuss all your favoirte shows here. Some of my favorite shows below.. please discuss any shows I missed.

Curb Your Enthusiasm
Never really watched this show till this summer. I have to say I love it. Its a pretty pretty original show and some of the dialogue is just hiularious. I love it when Jeff's wife yells at Larry. Really an original show and usually leaves me cracking up. I also noticed someone who had a Larry David sandwich at a local deli and was able to relate to the comedy. Glad they came back for another season.

Weeds
Great show. never know what to expect with this show. Always a surprise and they leave you at the wtf moment. Bring good guest stars to the show and always ahve a good plot. Some good comedy mixed in as well. Well produced show.

Heroes
Waiting for the season premier. Im sure eveyrone is dying to know what happened at the end of season 1 episode. Did they survive after the explosion? well of course they did thats why there is a season 2. Hrio Nakumura my favorite character.

30 Rock
I liked season 1. Tina Fey is an ok actor but combined with personalities sucha s Baldwin and Tracy Morgan it becomes good tv. Im waiting for a season 2.

The Office
Great show. Steve Carrell is hilarious and the rest of the chazracters fill in well. I love when Mike(carill) will get all mad at Toby from HR. Also love the non stop talking Indian girl and her 'boyfriend'. The show is just very funny. Always some great office comedy. I just hope they dont try to make it too romantic with Jim and Pam.

24
An ok season 6. I doubt they regain status as one of the best shows on tv. Always the same plot. You can always expext the outcome. Black president is bound to die and Bauer will get kidnapped beaten and emotionally f with. But he will risk life, limb, and spirit to save everyone but he'll be too f up efterwards and will go in to hiding away from CTU. Only to return when there is another terrorist nuclear threat. ANyone else find it ironic that Bauer always seems to have ties to some rogue terrorist.

Lost
Great show. Too much hype though leading up to the new season. Im hoping we get some conclusion at some point with this show. Seems to just be dragging on though.

Entourage
Finished its season with Medillin bombing at Cannes. i like this show too because of Ari Gold. he plays his role perfectly on the show. Also +1 to Johnny Drama and turtle. Without them there would be no show. I still love the episode with Drama humping the girl in a bunny rabbit

prison Break
never got into it. will have to download some torrents soon to catch up.

[listd0a293333a][lid0a293333a][bd0a293333a]Sopranos[/bd0a293333a] - RIP... fave show for a long time, I'll miss it terribly.
[lid0a293333a][bd0a293333a]Heroes[/bd0a293333a] - From what I had heard, most characters didn't survive into the 2nd season, which introduces a new plot and cast of new characters. Hiro, Claire, and Matt are the only ones I've heard that are coming back. Possibly Nicky.
[lid0a293333a][bd0a293333a]Dexter[/bd0a293333a] - Showtime series about a serial killer that works for Miami PD by day, and hunts & kills criminals by night. Based upon the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter which is a good read too.
[lid0a293333a][bd0a293333a]Top Chef[/bd0a293333a] - Very good, it's the only "reality competition" show I can tolerate.[/listud0a293333a]
That's about it as far as series go. Not a huge TV watcher outside of movies and documentaries.

[bc133fe4628]Dog Bites Man[/bc133fe4628] - Hilarious show. Discovered it on Joost. I got the entire first and only season. Love it!

[bc133fe4628]Arrested Development[/bc133fe4628] - Best show evar! Got all 3 seasons on DVD. Probably the smartest and funniest show I've ever watched.

[bc133fe4628]South Park[/bc133fe4628] - Good 'ol favorite. Have first 5 seasons on DVD, hopefully to get rest soon.

[bc133fe4628]Reno 911![/bc133fe4628] - Loved it since the first episode! Very funny, mostly improv. show. Have yet to get the 4th season on DVD ?

Some other random favorites are Man vs. Wild, Survivorman, How It's Made, Mystery Diagnosis, Mythbusters, TopGear, Desperate Housewives, The Office...

[bf43f0b42af]Boston Legal[/bf43f0b42af]-Denny Crane (William Shatner) and Alan Shore (James Spader) are hilarious, and there is just enough to drama mixed in to make it make you think.

[bf43f0b42af]Grey's Anatomy[/bf43f0b42af]-Great show, yes I'm a guy, yes I love it.

[bf43f0b42af]Weeds[/bf43f0b42af]-Like G2S said, always keeps you guessing, I love Councilman Doug and Mary Louise Parker is a babe.

[bf43f0b42af]Entourage[/bf43f0b42af]-Every guy's dream, awesome cameos and Ari Gold is a bad ass.

[bf43f0b42af]Family Guy[/bf43f0b42af]-Enough said.

My top show has got to be Lost. It's going to be hard waiting for it to come back in February but it'll be worth it because there won't be any repeats then. However, my other two favorites are definitely Heroes and Prison Break which debuted this week. Beauty and the Geek I watch, couldn't put my finger on where I saw the the "surprise" guy from, had to go look it up but yeah overall those are the shows I watch. Oh, and Entourage and Dexter are great also, Dexter especially.

They're showing the first season of jericho again so people can get into it.

I forgot to mention Mad Men, from one of the writers/producers of the Sopranos. The first season just ended.

The Simpsons

Family Guy

Futurama (new episodes are coming soon, first of four DVDs of the new season comes out on Nov. 27)

Arrested Development (own all 3 seasons, its a shame it was cancelled... but I don't understand why Hurwitz didn't accept the offer from Showtime)

Weeds

Curb Your Enthusiasm

Seinfeld (always watching the re-runs)

In no particular order, and I'm sure I've missed a few...

Jericho Pretty good, but I was watching it on TV Links and only up to episode 17 worked so I forgot about it after that.

Heroes Really good but ended in a bit of an anti-climax I thought.

24 Good but the plot(s) are getting a little far-fetched. The suspension of reality really had to be used last season.

Sopranos I'm watching it from the start, so far I'm half way through the second season. It's really well acted and makes me want to watch more and more (which is what good TV should do).

The Office Never got into the U.S. version.

Grey's Anatomy Just watched the first episode and I liked it, about to watch more.

ditto I like chuck as well. Isnt the chick the same chic from Zoolander(ben Stiller fame) The show is quirky and funny at times. The fact that they work at a 'Best Buy' type of place makes it even funnier.

Sadly it seems unlikely ( I do support and agree with the reasons behind the guild striking but it sucks as a tv fan. Very glad they're at least showing the LOST episodes that are already done. Some of my favorites are

House - Dr. House is such an ass that you can't help but love him.

Mythbusters - watching these guys test the myths is great and they are so funny.

Dirty Jobs - Mike Rowe is hilarious as are some of the people he works with.

And of course I love the animated comedies ; The Simpsons, Family Guy and South Park are all great!

I also agree with the reasons for the strike. Writers should be paid more and actors are very over-paid in my opinion. It does suck though that some shows are being held back because of it.
