It was on the rock station, and all I caught were these words...

"Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it and it will all come crashing down"

sounded like a hard rock song, and at first i thought it was ozzy, which it still could be.... google has not given me any luck with the lyrics i was able to get.

any help would be great, thanks.

Edit You mean Crashed? I thought that was it but it's not.

That doesn't sound very hard rocking. It sounds like pop/rock/country/nickelback-ish to me.

That actually sounds like Daughtry's Home. Was it kind of hard or soft rock? How long before MTV officially becomes Hip Hop TV? Do they even know what rock is anymore?

Be careful what you wish for,
'Cause you just might get it all.
You just might get it all,
And then some you don't want.
Be careful what you wish for,
'Cause you just might get it all.
You just might get it all, yeah.

Forget about it and use www.last.fm to find what you really like. I haven't listened to the radio in years.

Yeah, I asked a few friends and one of them said it might be Home

--Props to you Diablo, I love that song Crashed been listening to it all day

But no, this was real hard rock, and had the exact lyrics

"Careful what you wish for, you might just get it, and it will all come crashing down"...... well it could have been "careful what you wish for, it will all come crashing down".... either way, it had the wishing and crashing down...

this is probably a lost cause lol

I do listen to a lot of unheard of bands but I also really like a few artists that hit the radio - like Chevelle.

Yeah. That and much more. You have the scrobbler program right? It's a scrobbler and a radio. I use last.fm to check for concert events in my area, look for new artists that I might like, see what other people like my type of music, ask them for rare songs (if you ask them they're more than likely to send the song to you), and etc. I don't use the radio too much though. I probably should. You can also listen to other people's radio stations but you can't listen to your own for legal reasons or something (or you can subscribe and pay to be able to listen to your own radio).

Dude, I got it. I just heard that song, & I think it's Puddle of Mudd. They didn't say, but it sounds just like them.
