I need $20 sent to an epassporte account. I can pay an additional $10 to the sender. ($5 to keep $5 to cover the fee)

I might be able to help you. After checking I have $36 in my epass but for some reason its "blocked" i'm not sure why, I haven't logged into it for about six months prior to reading this thread. Last time I used it it was just fine. I don't know why its blocked now. I'll look into it more and let you know.

Same thing happened to me. I didn't check it in a long time...went back a few weeks ago and I'm blocked..no clue why. I only have a few dollars in there, but damn them....
