Anyone ever heard of TNT? ( escrow / shipping )

I wanted to buy a laptop off of Craigs list
When I first contacted the seller she said..
"Hello

I still have the laptop. As I said, the laptop is an US version and it comes with 32 months of applecare.
I have attached some pics with the laptop to this e-mail. I am now in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.
Since I can't meet you and make the exchange, I would like to use a service that will help us with that

TNT is a worldwide delivery company (like Fedex, DHL or UPS). You can see from their procedure that you will be able to check the laptop before I receive the payment. If you are in a hurry, I will use 2 days delivery (on my expense).

I've never heard of TNT before in my life.. and I'd have to pay with Western Union..

I'd get to see the product and if I like it then I choose to send over the funds.. but I'm still concerned..

dont. Anything that requires to pay with WU is a scam or very risky. Theres plenty of good laptop deals. Check SD.
