Ok, I'm getting tired of doing free stuff. But I have one more goal.... Getting a laptop. What site should I do? What would you recommend for me to get? Thanks for the help guys. It would be nice to do www.notebooks4free.com because I already completed an offer there. What do you guys think?

I definately want to do that site but don't know if I would ever finish it. 18 refs is a lot.

Yeah it is. I guess it could be my "grand finalle" or however you spell that. I have an idea to get my required refs.

I'm sure you have plenty of secrets as well. You've probably gotten more stuff than me. I don't want my secret to get "exausted" like they say. Anyone else know of another good site?

I'm trying to get my refs, but I figure I'm just going to have to wait the 9 months to get to the top of the c0nga I'm on. P

for some reason i don't like their laptops. I plan to use the cash i get from offers to buy one myself. Or sell stuff on ebay to raise money for it.

I'm currently working on FreeNotebookPC.com. I'm partnering up with some forum members to get it designed and coded. I'm gonna be the money guy for a while, as far as buying peoples gifts. We are planning to split any profits that we make between everyone who works on the project. We'll figure out what percentages everyone gets after we get a little further in the project. I will try to offer some nicer notebooks than OfferCentric, but $1000 is really tha maximum prize value that the referral system can support smoothly.

When we finish the site you can do that one D

I think I'll just do notebooks4free because I've already completed my offer there. What notebook should I get on there?

Are you sure? A mac? I've never used a mac before. What makes the mac so good?

Two pages of Mac vs. Windows.

Bottom line - if you have never used a mac and find yourself having to look up tutorials and ask people how to get around windows, Mac is NOT for you. You'll spend 90% of your time trying to figure out how to use the finder bar, the dock, right-clicking, closing programs, logging off, etc.

However, it's a free mac. If you want to try mac and you think you could get along okay, you might want to just take the $1000 paypal and buy a powerbook. It comes with a lot of extras you'll appreciate (most notably 512mb ram vs 256 - which is a necessary upgrade to run Panther smoothly).

OS X is good, and some say it's better than windows. I say they are about equal. It really depends on what you want to do. If you just want to surf the internet and chat and type up the occasional paper, the iBook is fine - if you can use OS X okay. You might want to see if your high school/college/etc has any macs in their computer labs that you can check out.

however, if you have no easy way to come across mac software (e.g. photoshop, antivirus, office 2004, etc etc), you may find you just can't use it very much.

Athlon Averatec is they way I'd go, if I don't go for the cash.

J4320, if you ever divulge, put me on your "to tell" list. ;)

I do not like macs. It is probably because I have pretty much grown on Windows and if I complete notebooks4free I will definately get the cash, hey I'm 16 and what 16 year old couldn't use cash over a laptop? lol

Ok thanks. I'm leaning more towards Microsoft. How much will paypal deduct from $1000?
