I need to send in a W-9 to some sites and I was wondering where I can get one at? Is there one I can just fill out online somewhere so I can just e-mail it to them?

Ok thanks everyone for your help, ill just fax it, probably the easiest way. The thing that sucks is my printer has a scanner too but it doesn't work without some special program, seems kinda pointless to me.

I'm pretty sure almost every scanner would come with a cd that has that program on it, and you probably can just download it from the printer's webpage

yeah, I did download the program and it did not work for me, idk wtf is wrong with my computer. I got it all figured out now though, I just scanned it on a different computer and e-mailed it to myself, so im all good.
