Obopay

I'm thinking in doing an offer for obopay but i have a few questions before i do it that maybe you guys can help me with?

1)Do they charge you on your cell phone bill?
2)Do any sites actually take obopay?

1) No, it'll just take off 10 cents on your current balance if your sending the money via cell. Its free to use though as a normal Debit Card.

2)If you use it as a Debit Card with the proper balance for offers, then sure.
