Looking for Web Site Designer/Coder..

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew a reliable company/person that will design and code a site for me.

The site needs to be professional looking that will take credit card payments and dispatch an email every night of the items that were sold that day. Visually I need the site to be eye catchy. As well as have an admin page where I can edit some parts of the site. A database where users will create an account and log into it. More details and specifics will be given.
