I've now used up all the cheap offers from gratis. If I was to buy another webcert or get one from someone Could I use it on the 2 other offers for Gratis I havn't done?

I'm guessing people use multiple credit cards when they run out of the cheap offers D

the thing with webcertificates which i dont like anymore is that they charge a 3 dollar dormancy fee later on, and also you may think you wont be charged if you dont cancel, but the company could follow up and the person who purchased the card will end up paying. So buying someone a WC is kinda a bad idea, unless its a friend you could smack around in person for the money back.

if your running out of options use paypal to generate a card.

Same here. I've used a web certificate but now I want to use paypal. Do you have to be verified or have a bank account hooked up to your paypal account to somehow use your paypal for offers?

i dont think they can charge the person who gave the certificate because its in the rules

No, they can not. That would be against the law and FTC regulations concerning credit card authorization.

yea your right i looked over the tos and the collection of negative fees is not under the purchasers agreement. Sooo if you put down fake info for the user, then pretty much that clause on collecting negative fees from the user is a no go? ;]
