Ebay by phone?

does anyone have a way to contact ebay by phone...

i have two items that have been relisted twice each, and have not been paid for...

the notorious nigerian who makes fake bids has struck again... me this time... im tired of paying for ebay fees 4 times now....

what should i do... havent had this problem before... the nigerian guy emailed me saying that he has made the payment ( he has not) and is demanding the item...

i have 100% positive feedback, and do not want to receive negative feedback

I have had this happen to me twice. Both times ebay refused to refund the relisting fee, but they deleted the Nigerian's account.

What is it with people of a particular nationality these days? Romanian gypsies are the biggest scum of the earth and steal EVERYTHING that isn't nailed down. Nigerians don't discriminate at all b/c they're thousands of miles away, so they just steal as they please. What's next? Are the canadians gonna start stealing newborns from hospitals and selling them into slavery?

idk.. but its frustrating as hell.... it can take up to 45 days to get ur listing fee back.. and even then you dont know if you are going to get the refund
