It was the lady's fault! She mailed it to the wrong address! She sent to our address in the town 3 miles from us and not our town! Some people just can not read an email. I sent her my correct address on Sunday and talked to her on the phone that day.

oh f'n get a grip. If you don't like their service find an alternate method. This is America there are plenty of delivery services. Give the workers a break god damn it. Its a day after a holiday you impatient bas___. Are you really taht desperate for the money that you can't even wait till the day finsihes to complain.

I NEVER SWORE on this post so there is no need for this! The lady paid for the extra service and is not receiving it! $650 is alot of money for me as I am on disability.

I apolgize as I did not know you were on disability. yet again I would advise you to arrange life-saving finances to be delivered prior to a holiday.
Also your complaining does nothing. The nicest I can say is wait it out patiently. Well unless you want to take legal action against USPS.

Anyways.... this bashing at X delivery service is getting a little annoying. Just be happy we live in a country where overnight delivery service is availible to all. I mean I understand you may be dependant on a shipment but actual people deliver your products, not robots. Please adjust accordingly to holiday schedules.

OK so what can be done about it. Sure you could file a claim with the BBB but its not like you will be succesful in turning customers away from the USPS. Or you could file a suit against the USPS which is not advisable.
Since those two recourses are ineffective I'd advise you to just wait it out patiently and understand there could've been delays due to a holiday schedule.

Yes, she could if it was the USPS' fault but it was TOTALLY her fault. They are rerouting the money order to my correct home address as we speak. USPS could just send it back to the return address but the lady has a tracking number and was able to get the USPS to send it to me. It will get here this afternoon. Case closed.

USPS is at most times a pretty reliable service. Sure there are mistakes made, but there are also mistakes made with UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Understand that this service is one of the cheapest out there and the government makes a substantially small profit (if any) on mail sent out. Go to London or some other place in Asia/Europe and you will find that mail prices are high compared to ours.
