LOL. I get my license on Tuesday. Sweet! I took drivers' ed already and passed. Phew! I got yelled at quiet a few times but all in all it was worth it. I would have to say my dumbest mistake was missing my exit on the I-80.

Yah. I got into the habit of changing lanes in intersections cause my instructor would tell me to change lanes in the middle of an intersection roll What a trickster

I took my driving test at the place where I took driver's ed (I went to an actual driving school instead of a public school kind of thing), and the guy passed me but told my mom I shouldn't get my license for a few more years.
Took the written test, missed like one question, and I've been running over old ladies ever since. ;)

i remember i was 1 question away from failing my drivers permit test when i was 15...er...
i didnt study or anything, except for the online quiz the DMV had...i studied those questions...lol

Took behind the wheel, messed up 1 time because he took me down this dark and winding road. The 2nd time, (same night) I passed, I guess I was just kinda nervous. )
I got 100 on my written test ). We do our driving test in a big parking lot which makes things confusing. Why the hell would you turn on your blinker when you're doing a 3 point turn in an emtpy parking lot? Durr, i pass first try though. My older sister took it every day for a week, eventually the head of the DMV office did it with her and passed her.

Failed first time - I apparently didn't look over my shoulder when there was a biker within 200 feet, though I saw him in two mirrors. Second time was a breeze.

I didn't miss anything at all going through drivers ed or on the written test for the license itself...then for the driving part of the test, I nailed the maneuverability (parallel parking essentially) part of the test in a giant SUV, went out for a legit drive...ran a red light - got my license anyway. The deal was...it was a really windy day...and I stopped at a red light, and then made a right turn on red. Unfortunately, there was a sign at that red light that said no right turn on red...but fortunately for me...it had blown pretty much sideways so I couldn't see it, so the guy passed me.

haha you will like this story. everything was going fine until i had to make a right turn. the light turned green and i briefly paused before making a right. i thought it was kool until he said i disobeyed a traffic signal by pausing at the corner when making a right turn. He claims its a critical error so i failed instantly. that is just hilarious and the instructors are ridiculous. lol

I had to get my license amended (again) since I moved (again)...the pic is freaking HORRIBLE. My stepmom woke me up at like 730 that morning so we could miss the lines at the BMV, and I look like I'm drunk or something. Fortunately, I turn 21 this year, so I get a new license (I think)....

My driving test lated 10 minutes.
The lady that was conducting the test and myself hopped into my mom's car. As I start the car, she says, "Now, we have to hurry because there's a big storm coming."
Oook..."Ok, you can keep going," she says, making me roll through stop sign after stop sign...then for parallel parking....as I start to turn my wheel she says, "Turn your wheel."
It was like having the teacher stand over you when taking a test and telling you the answers.
SHe made me drop her off at the door to the BMV and said, "You passed. Go park and come in." lol

Where do you people live that you can take your roadtest the next day if you fail? You're the luckiest person on earth if you can reschedule for the next week around here....
In florida you can take it every morning until you pass, no appointment necessary. For the written part, you can just keep taking it over and over the same day. They tell you what you got wrong so eventually you pass.

Then I kinda hit a rock 4 months later in December. So I guess passing doesn't exactly mean you're too good.

This chick i graduated with failed because she flew past a school bus with its red flashers on...shes was a bright one. the iorny of it is thats what she was taking to school for the rest of the year.
