Ya know when people sign up and they have the yellow smiley face that signifies offer pending. Does that mean they didn't do an offer OR
does it mean they did and offer and haven't gotten credit yet?

Could mean either sometimes they have completed sometimes they just signed up. Hopefully they did complete
