I couldn't get into Rescue Me. I love love love love The Shield so when Rescue me comes on, it just verifies to me that The Shield's season has ended cry cry

I think liking Dennis Leary helps. His No Cure for Cancer show is still one of my favorites.

He's just too unsympathetic a character for me to get into enough to watch. Same with The Shield and The Sopranos. shrug

Yeah I think next season is it. I love how the show has grown and changed but stayed true to itself. Vic is so hateable and so lovable, its maddening...

I was pretty excited about Rescue Me coming back on. It was a good episode, as usual. But man...those commercials!!!!! They had wayyyy to many. Could have done that episode in 30 minutes if it weren't for all the commercials!!

Yeah, I don't know what was up with the commercials. The show ran over half an hour because of them. I hope that's not going to be the norm. I'm guessing not, probably did it just because it was the season opener.
