First day back at work after vacation
I miss afternoon naps and lounging at the beach (

I know the feeling. I'm swamped with work right now as well. |

I wish I could, I would take an at-home job in a heartbeat
I would too!!!
But as it is, my company has incredible benefits and 4 weeks of paid time off a year )

I have to deal with crappy PTO, the worst idea I've ever heard of
We get 200 hours a year for the first 4 years )

So you actually get 5 weeks!!

Wow, hospitals always have the best benefits...
I work for VCU Health System and PTO is the only bad part about it, they pay for your tuition and have $6 a month health care
We are a dialysis service provider. I actually work in the business unit in payroll, so I don't have to deal with the medical part )
I've got 20 CTO (combined time off.. it's combined personal and sick days, whatever you want to use it for), plus 10 paid holidays. Woot!
we accrue 7.69 hours pto and 1.54 esl every pay period. W00T!
Say what you will about large corporations...my husband gets 27 vacation days plus sick days plus personal days and great medical benefits, too. Thank God for his job...it lets me stay at home and trade for greens...I mean, take care of the house and kids! wink
