This is somewhat of a repost...

Anyhow, if you'd like anyone to reply you might need to be a bit more clear as to what you're actually asking.

was lookin for bench on freeweights not smith or bar, better way of measuring if people who have armstrength to backup the chest. i can definately do way more then 140 on the smith or bar then on freeweights.

btw how many reps on ur max, i can get off 10 with no spot just about at 70 a hand.

for protein i take whey mix and some protein plus power bars.

aite laters.

Well, by "freeweights" you should be more clear. Free weights are generally classified as anything that isn't a machine, including barbells (the bar used for bench press). What you're looking for is dumbell press. Anyhow, I'm not exactly sure what my max would be for this as I only dumbell press following bench as somewhat of a super set.

Heh, does anyone do research anymore? Before simply accepting a recommendation from some forum (be it a reputable member or not), you should look into the supplment prior to buying. As far as a low price....Google NitroTech I'm sure you'll find endless online vendors. Also, if you are going to be taking more than one supplement at a time, you should make sure that they will "work" together and not be counter-act eachother, or worse....cause undesired side effects.

you assumed i didnt google it and find out what it was? i didnt see a point in froogling it when someone whos promoting probably knows a nice online site to order it; plus im dishin out a post to conversate with the guy. ive tried serveral whey mixes and i dont mind trying something new that has positive reviews, as for side effects for taking protein, thats a first besides being alergic to the stuff. a protein drink and a protein bar conflicting? i dunno bout that. you kinda look too deep into things to realize its not such a big issue to post the replies you post. be easy guy.

Don't come whining on here when you turn up with a thyroid problem.

(No, this comment does not intend to imply that one might develop a thyroid problem from mixing NitroTech and Power Bars)

i prefer steak and oatmeal to shakes that taste like asshole

Yea, I've heard that NitroTech (and the rest of the -Tech line) aren't the tastiest out there. However, many shakes have different protein compositions than just steak, chicken, or other natural protein sources. Additionally, many shakes are now protein isolates, which can be much more effective than the more traditional shakes. However, if you're looking for taste... Next Proteins and Syntrax[=http//www.syntrax.com/]Syntrax are some of the best out there. In any case, make sure to thoroughly research any supplement you plan on purchasing.

Heh....people love to talk about their Leg Press numbers....1 rep max on leg press doesn't mean much. I do single leg reps at around 200 (single leg reps help prevent a dominant leg from taking more of the workload, therefore increasing speed and strength while reducing the risk of injury exponentially).

Apparently "have been to 190" means "do my 5 reps at 190." Anyhow, next time you're at the gym, take the weight down to like 70 (or wherever you're comfortable) and do 1 set with your right leg, then 1 set with your left leg, and so on. You'll feel the difference.

nitro tech and the rest are over marketed, over hyped, overpriced crap.

threes a shit load of other supplements that do the same thing for less than half of the cost and do more than twice the work

as for their names, well, you do the research, after all this is on a forum, who's to say you could trust my word anyways? D

nitrotech doesn't have a bad taste. it gets old after drinking one flavor everyday/night for a couple months, but anything does. this is why they make three flavors. i think nitrotech is a very good supplement, regardless of anything i hear. if your looking to gain muscle mass, go nitrotech/celltech. my bro gained roughly 20 pounds in the course of a few months. before he used nitrotech he couldn't even put on 5. his strength increased immensely too. I've been on nitrotech for a couple months now, and I've seen drastic changes in my workout patters and size.

the best value IMO is the 4 pound jug. it'll run you around $50 but lasts a month or so. the best prices are online.

Get Creatine. All it that it is, is protein found in meat, just a lot more of it. Trust me, it works. Thats what my high school coach uses.

FreeOffersNow

Well...now that you've made everyone that much less-informed... Creatine (Cr, creatine monohydrate) is actually a protein derivative in muscle tissue. It's a useful supplement if you're looking to increase fat-free weight and muscle strength, improve endurance, and delay fatigue for high-intensity, short-duration sports (weight lifting).

protein found in meat....heh....sure I trust you.
