Calluses. I used to get them all the time in gymnastics. There is this stuff called Heel Balm. It works miracles on crap like that.

any drug store. slather it on before bed and wea light cotton socks so it doesn't rub off. Also get a pumice stone to get off the dead skin when it softens up.

For god sakes, we don't want to hear about your nasty feet. Consult friends or family.

They make the stones that you can rub callouses off with or you can get this tester looking thing that is especially for scrubbing your feet. I swear it looks like a cheese grater or a zester, but it works wonders.

I know. But it seemed that as soon as I hit 30 all of the moisture in my body was gone. And my feet were so dry and rough, I had to get one of those things! You just take a bath and when your feet are good and soggy you take that thing to them and all the dry, dead stuff just sluffs off. Then you apply your balm or lotion.

Vinegar can cure a number of problems. Googling vinegar callus, I found this remedy[quote8b15722093]soak a piece of stale bread (a cloth would probably do as well) in vinegar, and tape it over the callus or corn overnight.[/quote8b15722093]
Try it a few nights in a row and see what happens.
