I'm looking for a Prepaid CC that has online access for checking balances, reloading etc. but isn't registered to a particular name or address.
I always run into people that are sort of interested in doing the freebie thing for me, but once they realize they'll have to use their CC# for some offer, they get chickensh!t and backout. I'd have no problem handing them a prepaid CC and letting them use it. I'd like to carry a couple in my wallet, just in case. But since I don't know who I'll be giving them to yet, I cant have a card that has to have a name on it...
What are the best places to get them..

I don't think all use of prepaid debit cards are fraud, but what he is alluding to certainly is.

even if its not a fraud
prepaid CC with custom name
would take money and time.....
you just dont buy them and have it made for you with custom name, everything has to go through system
just chill in trading forums D
