Hey for all of you Free iPod Veterans, I have a quick question for you!
A friend of mine [online friend...lol] got scammed in a trade. After going green, the person stopped e-mailing them back. He waited, and e-mailed, and waited, and still no response. He realizes he got scammed. So now he needs to know
Does he notify Gratis, and to what e-mail? Does he just use their referral link in the e-mail? Does Gratis even care as long as they have 5 referrals?
Thanks,
nate08

Unfortunatly gratis only cares about people spamming....i dont think there is much you can do. Although i suppose you could contact gratis it wouldnt hurt.

Gratis can't/won't do anything in this situation. It'd be all to easy for you to make up a story about someone you don't like scamming you, so since they don't really have proof, they can't do anything.
You guys know how backed up Gratis is with responding to customer service tickets, this will only slow things down more.

what you do is tell your friend to make another account and log onto that one right after he or she logs off the other account.
s/he just broke Gratis' one account only rule, so the guy who scammed your friend gets placed on hold because his referral (your friend) has 2 accounts.

tell your friend to mess it up for that guy by creating a couple accounts for that site so his referral wont count.
