I got my Deftones tickets in the mail today! Yay!! I'm seeing them in June in Albany..not sure who's opening.
I was supposed to see Tool on 4/20 but Danny Carey messed up his arm so they rescheduled a whole bunch of shows and I just found out I'm going to one in July!!!! Anyone who knows me knows I'm a total nerd for Tool. Ugh. Love em.

I'm seeing Tool in Peoria June 20th, can't wait to see them again. You won't be disappointed with their show.
Then I'm seeing John Mayer and Ben Folds down in Noblesville June 30th, and Dave Matthews in Noblesville August 17th/18th.

Tool was my first concert ever, lol. I was 17. The only concerts Im seeing or seen this year was Loreena McKennitt, Jesse Cook and Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, lol.

The taste of chaos tour was my first concert, and let me tell you...it was insane. I was like 4 feet from deftones, insane...
Edit As most people I talked with said deftones sucked in concert, I thought they were awesome.

I saw Tool back in October..I'm such a dork, when I heard the first note of 46&2 I cried. Couldn't help it. I'm so frickin pumped to see em again...and again, and again.
I want to see Dave Matthews sooo bad. I will someday...It's not like they never play in New York. D
On a side note..my first concert was the New Kids on the Block back in '89 or '90 lol, I was 4 or 5 ;)

Dave Matthews Band puts on a really good live show, obviously, since they are more of a jam band.
But what I really like is that you can tell they always play their hardest and that they really enjoy what they do, which to me is extremely important when seeing a live artist, to know they aren't just doing it for the money.
